Cost of the Venue is separate
After a consultation with our planner we will make arrangements to bring everything to you, stay for the duration of the ceremony and then take everything away (maximum 3 hours).
We provide the following:
- 5 hours of assistance with our planner to help bring your wedding day vision to life. She'll make sure everything goes off without a glitch and you can sit back and enjoy your day.
Alberta Marriage Commissioner
- Someone who can perform a legal standard civil service. You'll meet with them in person or via email ahead of the wedding date to personalize your ceremony. There is no rehearsal.
- Your choice of an arch / backdrop, 10 white folding chairs, signing / cake tables with linen.
City parks do not allow arch or chairs.
- Package includes a designer's choice focal bouquet, and boutonniere (or two of each) and a swag for the arch / backdrop, a small arrangement for signing table and a few flowers for the cake. You just need to let us know what colours of flowers and whether or not you want the design to be romantic, modern, elegant, or garden style.
You can add on the following items for the cost noted.
Cake or cupcakes $100
- Your choice of 8" 1 tier 3 layer round cake or up to 2 doz cupcakes.
- plates and cutlery are included
Sparkling Juice $50
- 2 bottles of Sparkling Juice (non alcoholic)
- glasses are included
Ceremony Music $50
- Music management with a playlist and bluetooth speakers
- cost is for SOCAN License for public spaces
Additional Guests $10 each
-cover cost or extra chairs, drink and cake
-Maximum guest count is 30
Delivery, Set up and Removal
- Delivery, set up and removal will be included in the price for most locations within the Edmonton city limits. Once we know where the venue is located we will be able to tell you if there will be any additional travel fees.
We have an amazing list of vendors such as photographers, musicians, hair and makeup and graphic artists that would love to work with you as an additional service. See the list HERE
All you need to do is invite those special to and decide what you're going to wear.
At least 2 months notice is preferable so we can schedule everything. Weekdays, evenings or weekends, whichever suits your schedule best.
