• 30 chair covers for venue supplied banquet chairs

• Please inquire if you would like to incorporate personal décor in your wedding

Marriage Commissioner 

• A licensed Alberta Commissioner to perform a legal standard civil service

• You'll meet with the Commissioner in person or email/phone/zoom ahead of the wedding date to personalize your ceremony. There is NO Rehearsal.

 

Floral Package (Designer's Choice)

• Lovely hand tied Bouquet and matching Boutonniere

• Small flower arrangement for signing table 

• Choice of colours of flowers

• Please inquire, if you require additional florals (fee will be applied)

Sweet Treats  Or Appetizers

• Your choice of one of the following: 

- 8" round 1 tier cake (Various flavours and icing styles to choose)

- OR 6" + 4" round 2 tier cake

- OR 3 dozen custom decorated sugar cookies

- OR 3 dozen cupcakes 

- OR Petits Fours Assortment  / Appetizers

Beverages 

• 5 bottles (non alcoholic) sparkling juice for toasting

• Glasses for up to 30 guests

• If you wish to have alcohol please visit AGLC for regulations. Note: you are responsible for providing liquor/mixes/glasses. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply based on venue or location chosen as per their regulations and AHS regulations pertaining to COVID 19. If alcohol is allowed, it is recommended that you provide someone with ProServe to serve the alcohol.

Audio Service

• Bluetooth speaker and a microphone are provided.

Photographer

• One of our talented photographers will be present during your ceremony to capture all the special moments.  

• An edited gallery will be provided: you can download your photos to share with friends and family.

Delivery, Set up and Removal

• Delivery, set up and removal are included for venues located within the City of Edmonton city limits. Some travel fees may be charged for venues outside the city limits and will be quoted based on location.

If you're looking for a beautiful venue at a reasonable price, we will be happy to provide a list of our preferred venues (some of them giving Special Prices just for us!). 

Let us know which one you'd like and we can assist you with the booking.

*The price of the packages are based on all of the different elements being included.  The vendors have provided us with great prices for their services on the agreement that they be included. The Sweet + Simple, and Love Forever Packages cannot be changed and if you choose to have your own commissioner then we would simply allocate the budget to the décor.
