Ceremony Details

Wedding Coordination

  • Client portal with ceremony planning worksheets

  • Digital invitations, choose from our collection of digital invites to share the news about the details of your special day

  • 15 hours of personal wedding planning with our Wedding Planner

  • On-site coordination of the wedding

  • Mini reception to follow after the ceremony: socialize, nibble on a few treats, cut your cake and toast the happy couple 

  • 6-8 months notice is preferable so we can schedule everything but last minute nuptials are ok provided we have a commissioner available. Weekdays, evenings or weekends, whichever suits your schedule best 

Venue

  • Venue:  choose one of ours or decide on something different.

    • La Cite Francophone: outdoor patio/indoor rotunda catering and bar services

    • The Ellis: bright industrial studio, lots of natural light

    • The Creative Hive: modern industrial studio space

    • The Cornerstone: estate home on 6 acres, not wheelchair accessible

Marriage Commissioner  

  • A licensed Alberta Commissioner to perform a legal standard civil service

  • You'll meet with the Commissioner in person or email/phone/zoom ahead of the wedding date to personalize your ceremony. There is NO Rehearsal.

Decor 

  • Your choice of a decor packages

    • Romantic . Modern . Antique . Industrial . BoHo 

  • Decorated arch

  • 30 white folding chairs OR 30 chair covers for venue supplied chairs

  • Signing table with linen

  • Cake stand with cake knife

  • Signage "Welcome to our Wedding"

  • Additional decor details to match your chosen theme (lanterns, candles etc.)

  • Please inquire if you would like to incorporate personal decor in your wedding

 

Floral Package (Designer's Choice)

  • Lovely hand tied Bouquet and matching Boutonniere

  • Attendant Bouquet and matching Boutonniere

  • Small flower arrangement for signing table 

  • Flowers for cake

  • Five small centrepieces

  • Choice of colours for flowers

  • Please inquire, if you require additional florals (fee will be applied)

Cake & Catering

  • 10" 1 tier 3 layer round cake OR 6 inch cutting cake, 24 cupcakes and 24 cake pops 

  • Various flavours and icing styles to choose: please inquire for selection

  • You will collaborate with our caterer on choices to suit your tastes

  • Plates, forks and napkins

  • Currently COVID 19 regulations state that guests must be seated at tables when eating so a small display would be created for each table instead of one big table. We will adjust as the regulations change.

Beverages 

  • 5 bottles (non alcoholic) sparkling juice for toasting

  • Flavoured water

  • Glasses for up to 30 guests

  • If you wish to have alcohol please visit AGLC for regulationsNote: you are responsible for providing liquor/mixes/glasses. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply based on venue or location chosen as per their regulations and AHS regulations pertaining to COVID 19. If alcohol is allowed, it is recommended that you provide someone with ProServe to serve the alcohol.

Audio Service

  • Bluetooth speaker and microphone are provided

  • Will require a playlist from you - we use Spotify for all or our music

  • Choice of live musician (piano, guitar or harp) or DJ 

  • Music for the ceremony and reception 6 hours maximum

Photographer

  • 6-8 hours of photography services (subject to photographer availability). One of our talented photographers will be present during your ceremony to capture all the special moments.  

  • An edited gallery will be provided: you can download your photos to share with friends and family.

Delivery, Set up and Removal

  • Delivery, set up and removal are included for most locations within the Edmonton city limits. Once we know the exact venue location, we will be able to inform you if an additional fee will be applied.  

Additional Guests

Our pricing is based on a minimum of 30 guests, if you wish to have more than 30 guests there is an additional charge per guest which will be determined by costs associated with additional guests. Maximum guest count is determined by venue capacity, AHS regulations but is capped at 50 people.
